Kap Kig Iwan Provincial Park is a tiny park protecting a series of significant waterfalls on the Englehart River just west of the town of Englehart. In its glory days, there were multiple fire pits and picnic areas for day trippers along the river. Today many of those old facilities have been forgotten due to a lack of funds, but the trails along the river are walkable, and the tiny campground is well maintained.

John and Cooper
John and his dog Cooper live in Kitchener. He and his wife Sue are one of two couples travelling with us this trip. This is their first time visiting these northeastern parks, including Kap kig Iwan.
