Brien is an old neighbour and friend who volunteered to shuttle me to and from the cottage for the last few days of my Bruce hike. He dropped Daniel and I off early at our starting spots and picked us up 10 hours later. Brien then used his time to kayak in sheltered bays and explore the side roads of Bruce County on his bike. Back at the cottage we took turns cooking up big meals to feed our appetites.
